Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original Gioseppo packaging and ensure the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account or drop off the package at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
